Getting Started

Creating Your Account

VanityBazaar uses your Solana wallet for authentication, offering a secure, blockchain-native experience.

Steps:

1. Click "Sign In" in the top-right corner
2. Choose between:
   • Generate New Wallet: Creates a fresh Solana keypair
   • Use Existing Wallet: Enter your private key

Important: Your private key is stored in an encrypted cookie that only lasts for your session. We never store your private key on our servers.

Troubleshooting:

• Invalid Private Key: Ensure you're entering the complete key without spaces
• Cookie Issues: Make sure your browser accepts cookies
• Connection Error: Check your internet connection and try again

Edge Cases:

• If this is your first time logging in, we'll automatically create an account for you
• If you clear your cookies, you'll need to sign in again
• Multiple devices can access your account with the same private key

Mobile Tips:

• The sign-in process works identically on mobile devices
• Use your device's password manager to securely store your key

Vanity Marketplace

Browse and purchase pre-generated vanity Solana addresses that make your blockchain identity memorable and distinctive.

Exploring Available Addresses

Steps:

1. Navigate to the Marketplace tab
2. Use filters to narrow your search:
   • Length: Filter by address length
   • Pattern: Search for specific characters
   • Price: Set your budget range
   • Rarity: Filter by our rarity classification

Troubleshooting:

• No Results: Try broadening your search criteria
• Slow Loading: Refresh the page if results take too long

Edge Cases:

• Popular patterns may sell quickly, especially rare ones
• Prices vary based on rarity and character patterns

Purchasing a Vanity Address

Steps:

1. Select your desired address
2. Choose payment method:
   • VANITY Tokens: Direct blockchain payment
   • VANISH: In-platform currency
3. Confirm the transaction
4. Receive immediate ownership transfer

Payment Processing:

• VANITY payments require blockchain confirmation
• VANISH payments process instantly
• All purchases include:
  • Public address
  • Private key access
  • Ownership record on platform

Troubleshooting:

• Transaction Failed: Check your token balance
• Pending Forever: Blockchain congestion may cause delays
• Balance Not Updated: Refresh the page after purchase

Edge Cases:

• If a purchase is interrupted, the transaction will automatically reverse
• Simultaneous purchase attempts resolve first-come-first-served

Custom Vanity Orders

Request personalized vanity addresses matching your exact specifications.

Ordering Process

Steps:

1. Go to the Custom Vanity section
2. Enter your desired vanity string
3. View the calculated price (based on length and pattern)
4. Submit payment in VANITY tokens
5. Track your order status

Pricing Structure:

• Base formula: 100 VANITY × 10^(n-2) where n is character length
• 2 characters: 100 VANITY
• 3 characters: 1,000 VANITY
• 4 characters: 10,000 VANITY (etc.)
• 25% service fee applied to all custom orders

Troubleshooting:

• Invalid Characters: Only Base58 characters are allowed
• Order Not Processing: Ensure payment was completed
• High Prices: Longer strings exponentially increase price

Edge Cases:

• Generation time increases with length and complexity
• Very specific patterns may take longer to generate
• We never charge for failed generation attempts

Generation Time Reduction

Vanity Chat System

Our unique chat platform lets you communicate while building reputation through quality messages.

How It Works

• Messages require token payment based on:
  • Message length (character count)
  • Display duration (seconds to show)
  • Message type (normal or call)
• Messages remain visible for your chosen duration
• More valuable messages (higher cost) receive prominent display

Steps:

1. Click the chat icon in the header
2. Type your message
3. Set display duration (1 second to 24 hours)
4. Choose payment method (VANITY or VANISH)
5. Add special tags for call messages
6. Send message

Message Types:

• Normal: Standard text message
• Call: Token recommendation with special formatting

Call Tags & Multipliers:

• REGULAR: 1.0× base price
• BULLISH/BEARISH: 1.2× base price
• HOT: 1.5× base price
• ALPHA: 2.5× base price
• DEGEN: 3.0× base price
• SECRET: 10.0× base price (highest tier)

Troubleshooting:

• Message Not Showing: Check if payment processed correctly
• Price Too High: Reduce message length or duration
• Socket Disconnected: The page will auto-reconnect
• Missing Messages: Click "Request Messages" to sync

Edge Cases:

• Messages continue to display even if you log out
• If connection is lost, messages queue until reconnected
• High-value messages may become crowded during busy periods

Reputation System

Build your on-chain reputation through message interactions:

• Users can upvote/downvote messages
• Your reputation score affects message visibility

• Profile displays reputation metrics

• Can't Vote: You cannot vote on your own messages
• Reputation Not Updating: May take a few moments to reflect
• Tips Not Received: Check blockchain confirmation

• New accounts start with neutral reputation
• You can only vote once per message
• Tip amounts are entirely at the sender's discretion

Twitter Integration & Rewards

Connect your Twitter account to earn VANISH tokens through social engagement.

Linking Your Twitter

Steps:

1. Go to Profile settings
2. Click "Connect Twitter"
3. Authorize the application
4. Verify ownership with a tweet

Troubleshooting:

• Verification Failed: Ensure you posted the verification tweet
• Account Not Found: Check the Twitter handle is correct
• Already Linked: Each Twitter account can link to one wallet

Edge Cases:

• Twitter API limitations may occasionally cause delays
• You must maintain the verification tweet for ongoing verification

Raid Participation

Earn VANISH tokens by participating in promotional activities:

Steps:

1. Find active raids in the Rewards section
2. Like, retweet, and comment on the specified tweet
3. Submit the tweet URL for verification
4. Receive VANISH rewards upon verification

Reward Rules:

• Each account can earn rewards once per 24 hours
• Typical reward: 100 VANISH per verified raid
• Deleted tweets or removed actions will not qualify
• Verification may take up to 30 minutes

• Verification Pending: Allow time for processing
• Reward Not Received: Check raid requirements were met
• Raid Expired: Raids have limited timeframes

• Private keys for your wallet are never stored on our servers
• Keys are held in encrypted HTTP-only cookies during your session
• Private keys for purchased vanities are securely stored and accessible only to you
• You can view and copy private keys but never edit them

Access Controls:

• Private key viewing requires re-authentication
• Keys can only be copied, never displayed in plain text
• Session expiration removes keys from memory

Troubleshooting:

• Can't Access Keys: Try clearing cookies and logging in again
• Copy Function Not Working: Browser permission issue
